ATC P1 Dual-Mono Power Amplifier

The ATC P1 Dual-Mono Power Amplifier is a performance driven power amplifier, which is a perfect mate for the passive monitors and other loudspeaker systems from ATC. This power amp is capable of producing an impressive output of 150 Watts of power into 8 Ohms or 200 Watts into 4 Ohms per channel.

ATC P1 Dual-Mono Power Amplifier Features

The ATC P1 features a dual-mono design comprising separate power supplies signal and return paths. This smart arrangement draws maximum performance from both the channels at the same time, while obtaining complete signal separation and minimum crosstalk. Dual-mono design also makes sure that there is minimum intermodulation between channels through the power supplies, no matter what is the frequency range. Moreover, the specified power available from one channel also stays unaffected from the power delivery from other channel.

  • True dual-mono design delivers full power simultaneously from both channels, with minimal crosstalk
  • Grounded source class A/B circuit topology as found in ATC’s renowned active loudspeakers.
  • Ultra wide bandwidth, low distortion and high dynamic range ensure tonal accuracy and perfectly timed transient.
  • No compromise, high performance power supply and large heatsinks guarantee outstanding stability and long term reliability.
  • Neutral fidelity ensures excellent product compatibility.
  • Hand built in the UK and supported by a 6 year warranty.

Just like ATC’s active loudspeakers, this dual mono power amplifier carries a grounded source class A/B circuit topology to provide outstanding stability and impedance load control. Equipped with ATC’s proprietary gain reduction and loudspeaker protection circuits, this amplifier can work easily even at very high frequency levels without getting clipped or damaged. Presence of enclosed linking capabilities and the balanced phono and XLR inputs enables the P1 to get configured in tri-amp as well as bi-amp modes. With an extra-wide bandwidth and ultra-low distortion levels, the amplifier presents your ears with every minute detail in the music or dialogue delivery.

Made by hand in the in-house facilities of ATC at UK, the ATC P1 Dual Mono Power Amplifier comes encased in a durably built chassis. The unit has a precision-engineered brushed aluminium front plate. Neutral fidelity and modular power circuitry make this device compatible with ATC electronic products. High performance power supply and large heatsinks offer dependable performance for years to come. ATC P1 comes to you with a remote control for operating convenience.

About ATC

ATC was formed in 1974 by Billy Woodman to manufacture custom drive units for the professional sound industry, they quickly made their mark with the 12″ PA75-314 driver, a design capable of handling more power and producing less distortion at a higher sound pressure level than any other unit on the market.

1976 saw the first production of the ground-breaking SM 75-150s soft dome midrange driver, a technical tour-de-force, whose innovative up-scaled design reproduced a more uniform dispersion, wider bandwidth and much lower distortion than was thought possible at the time. It revolutionised studio monitoring and has since become recognised as the ultimate mid-range transducer for both domestic and professional applications. Utilising exotic materials and precision tolerances, the latest version of the SM 75-150s represents the apex of drive unit technology. It is often copied but never equalled.

Through ATC’s commitment to multi-channel mastering and its direct involvement with leading players in the professional audio industry including Sony Music and Telarc, ATC’s products are installed at some of the world’s most prestigious multi-channel studios and auditoria. Where ever the best is required you will find ATC.
