JVC LX-UH1

JVC LX-UH1 is a new 4K HDR DLP projector that produces stunning images and will be applauded by a wide audience of home theatre enthusiasts.

Performance Overview

The JVC LX-UH1 is equipped for 4K Ultra High Definition (UHD) viewing, using the newly developed TRP micromirror DMD technology, supporting HDR support, at 2000 lumens, a Dynamic Contrast Ratio of 100,000:1, and a wide horizontal and vertical lens shift.

Digital Micro-Mirror

This projector manages to deliver stunning and crisp 4K (3840 x 2160) video by using a 0.47″ TRP digital micromirror device (DMD), which is a 4K UHD DLP chipset and combined with the high-quality optical system. 4K has four times the resolution of 1080p, and the RAGBAG colour wheel technology means this new projector delivers bright, high-contrast images.

Colour Contrast

The LX-UH1 displays HDR content with fantastic levels of contrast, brightness and colour, which is from the projectors support of 100% of Rec.709 colour space (BT.2020 compatible). The projector also supports both HDR10 and Hybrid Log Gamma for streaming and broadcasts services. The LX-UH1 allows users to use a two-position automatic aperture for HDR content to get the best possible image and realising Dynamic Contrast Ratio of approximately 100,000:1.

JVC LX-UH1 Connections

The connections for this projector is two HDMI inputs, one is a full speed, full spec HDMI/HDCP2.2 standard and capable of transferring data at rates up to 18Gbps. Furthermore, there is an RS-232C interface and a 12-volt screen trigger output.

To accommodate a variety of installations the LX-UH1 provides a ±60% vertical lens shift and ±23% horizontal lens shift. When combined with the projector’s wide lens (1.6x), the improved versatility makes home installation much easier.
