How to return goods
Goods may only be returned to us by first obtaining a returns authorisation number through our returns procedure. To obtain a returns authorisation number please contact the store on 020 8440 9509 (Monday – Saturday, 10am – 6pm) or by email.
Please note the customer will be responsible for return courier costs unless the goods are deemed to be faulty or transit damaged. We can arrange for a collection to be made or you can arrange your own return, we advise that all returns be sent tracked to prevent items being lost. Goods can also be returned in-store but you will still need a returns authorisation number.
Refunds will be subject to inspection. Items can only be refunded by the same method of payment.
